News for Joe Manchin: this is bipartisan.

The Republicans have made their contribution by state legislation. It’s his turn to add the democratic concerns. What the State GOP houses are doing is partisan change to our voting rights.

This is why we need a bigger majority in the Senate, so we don't need to count on this guy. If he's really opposed to partisan changes to voting rights law, then he would vote for this damn bill. That will prevent either side from using them.

HR1 and HR4 need to get passed or democracy dies. It is really that simple.
